Courtney Stone brings a unique blend of luxury retail experience, community engagement, and real estate expertise to her role as Managing Broker with Pearson Smith Realty. Before entering the real estate world, Courtney built a career in retail sales and leadership with brands like Banana Republic, Gap Inc., and Louis Vuitton. While at Banana Republic, she led her region in community outreach, fostering a culture of volunteerism. At Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria, she sharpened her customer service and event-hosting skills, curating meaningful client experiences that set the stage for her next chapter.

Since joining Pearson Smith Realty in 2020, Courtney has established herself as a trusted advisor, collaborative leader, and passionate advocate for both her clients and her fellow agents. Her client-centered philosophy means she takes a limited number of clients at one time, ensuring she can devote her attention to their needs. She balances that client focus with her own growth as a leader within PSR. She currently serves as President of the inaugural Business Planning Council (2024–2026), helping agents across the brokerage grow with clarity, confidence, and intention. Courtney also serves on the Professionalism & Ethics Advisory Group within the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Courtney is deeply involved in her local community. She sits on the Board of Directors for Fauquier PRIDE and volunteers regularly to help create inclusive spaces and visible support for LGBTQ+ youth and families. She lives in Warrenton with her wife Keri, their two sons Jack and Finn, their sweet pup Winnie Lou, and a lively flock of backyard chickens.  Each fall you can find her in the kitchen, partnering with her wife to bring you "Football and the Foodie," a weekly vlog that highlights a recipe from a different NFL host city each week.

Courtney’s mission is two-fold: as Managing Broker, her goal is to empower agents with the resources, mentorship, and support they need to thrive—both professionally and personally; as an agent, her goal is to provide the market insight, compassionate care, and contractual knowledge to guide her clients through their real estate journey.
